Grass-Fed Beef And Heritage Raised Pork is Best

Since I started my health journey, I try my best to only eat grass fed and finished beef.  There are many reasons for this, including the CLA mentioned above.  

Another reason is that grass fed cows are healthier and happier and when you eat the meat, your body is consuming healthy happy meat instead of meat that has been stressed after being pinned up. 

Also grass fed and finished meat doesn't eat gluten filled bread and GMO corn like conventionally raised cows. Why would you want to eat meat that has been filled with this unhealthy food? 

Heritage raised pork is very similar to grass fed beef. The pigs are raised naturally and fed natural food.

Serving Keto Grass Fed Steak and Pork Loin/Chop Air Fryer

To go with these easy air fryer meats, pick out a yummy easy side:

Air Fryer Pork Loin

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Golden Monk Fruit or Erythritol
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Pork Loin

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air fryer to 390 degrees for 5 minutes
  • Sprinkle Worcestershire Sauce on meat
  • Mix all dry ingredients and sprinkle on meat
  • Add pork loin to air fryer
  • Cook 10 minutes, turn and cook 5- 10 more minutes
  • Check for doneness with meat thermometer. Should be 145 - 160 degrees F
  • Continue to cook and check every 5 minutes until done
  • Remove Pork Loin and allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing
  • Save juices to serve over meat

Air Fryer Steak

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Grass fed butter
  • Grass Fed Steak
  • 1 tsp Salt more to taste
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air fryer to 390 degrees for 5 minutes
  • Sprinkle Worcestershire Sauce and seasonings on both sides of the steak
  • Add a pat of butter on top of the steak
  • Place steak in air fryer
  • Cook for 8 minutes
  • Flip steak, add pat of butter and cook for 8 more minutes
  • Test steak for doneness with meat thermometer
  • Remove steak and allow to rest 5 minutes before enjoying
