I started out using the Instant Pot below and loved it so much, I upgraded to the Ninja Foodi.

According to the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Americans eat an average of 94 pounds of chicken each year. WOW! – That's a lot of chicken and it's expected to increase as we become more health conscious.
The only problem is, most of the chicken purchased has been raised in cages, leading to less healthy and dry meat. Have you noticed chicken seems to be getting tougher?

According to healthline.com, certified Humane Free Range and Pasture-Raised chicken, along with organic labels, have stricter regulations for outdoor access than just “pasture-raised” chicken labels.
And according to a National Center for Biotechnology Information, U.S. National Library of Medicine Study, chicken meat from free-range chickens was significantly higher in protein, iron, and zinc, when compared to meat from conventional birds.This is believed to be associated with more exercise and better natural food intake.

But don’t ask me how to calculate how much time to add because the math is excessive. like add a certain number of minutes for every 1,000 ft you are over 5,000 ft (or is it 2,000 ft?) and do a dance and say a prayer and then there’s a 50/50 chance it will actually cook through – ha! No, no, I’m being dramatic, but seriously not joking about adjusting for elevation – that’s a real thing and takes much experimentation to master.
