This quick and easy Keto Salty Chocolate Pecan Bark is yummy and easy to store for those unexpected cravings.

Keto Salty Chocolate Pecan Bark For Your Sweet Tooth

Do you have a sweet tooth but trying to follow a Keto or low carb way of eating (diet)?  That is probably one of the hardest things about trying to reduce carbs.

This recipe was featured as one of the best Keto dessert ideas in this article!

Sugar is so addicting and giving into it just makes it harder to stay on track, sabotaging weight loss and decreasing the health benefits of a Keto way of eating.

This low carb salty chocolate pecan bark hits the spot for me. The combination of the sweet and salty is a nice touch.

I save it in the fridge in a glass jar or bowl and when the urge hits me, I grab a small piece and it gets me through.

This can really help during special times or social events where others are eating desserts or snacks. I carry some with me on trips so I can grab a little bite when I want something sweet. Others even loved it and didn't realize it was low carb!
