Keto Salty Chocolate Pecan Bark

Ingredients

cup
Lily’s
stevia sweetened baking chips
1
tbsp
coconut oil
1
cup
pecan halves, walnuts, or almonds
Pink Himalayan salt
Instructions
Mix chips and oil in microwave safe glass bowl
Cook on high for three 30 second intervals, stirring in between each
Add nuts and mix well
Spread out on parchment paper covered cookie
sheet. (I sprayed cookie sheet first with non stick avocado oil to help the
paper stay down)
Sprinkle with salt
Freeze for 15 minutes
Break into pieces
Store in glass bowl and hide in the refrigerator so you won’t eat it all at once
