Non Stick Cooking Spray

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (204 C)
Spray 9X13 casserole dish with non stick spray
Cook bacon in large frying pan, Ninja Foodi or air fryer, and reserve grease
Drain bacon on a paper towel and set aside
Add 1 tablespoon butter to the bacon grease in large frying pan
Cook pepper, garlic and onions in bacon grease/butter combo until tender
Move cooked pepper mixture to 9X9 casserole dish
Add ground beef or turkey to frying pan
Cook ground beef on medium until done and drain
Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, cayenne, garlic powder and cooked bacon to beef
Heat all together for about 5 minutes on low/medium heat
Add beef mixture to pepper mixture in casserole dish
Cauliflower Sauce
Cook frozen rice as directed on package
In medium bowl beat eggs while rice is cooking
Add 2 Tbsp melted butter, cream cheese, cream, 1/4 cup grated cheese, and Salsa to eggs, mixing well
Add cooked cauliflower to egg mixture and mix all together
Add this sauce mixture to the casserole dish and mix all together
Place in preheated oven and cook for 20 minutes
Top with remaining cheese and cook 5 -10 more minutes
Allow to cool for 5 minutes and enjoy!
