Place a cooking stone in 375 degrees oven and let it preheat. (This is important to help the crust set and crisp up).
Put mozzarella cheese in glass bowl and add all seasonings. (Use any seasonings you like).Place in microwave for 50 - 60 seconds, until melted. Remove bowl and mix well.
Add almond flour (half at a time) and mix until the dough creates a ball.
Place dough in between 2 pieces of parchment paper and flatten out until it is thin. (You could use a rolling pin if you have one, but I just used my hand) You may need a hot pad to help flatten it out as it is hot.Place crust on hot stone.
Bake for 5 minutes with nothing on the crust.
Remove from oven.Spread oil on crust and I like to sprinkle garlic powder on top of the oil (this is optional). Spread pizza sauce over the oil.
Add toppings - I like beef, onion, cheddar, parmesan and mozzarella cheeses, but this is where you can be creative.
Bake another 5 minutes.
Remove from oven and enjoy! I top mine with some red pepper.
