Keto, Gluten Free and Low Carb Salmon Patties

Ingredients

Beaten

Wild Caught Salmon

Chopped onion

Braggs Nutritional Yeast Seasoning

Salt
1/2
tsp
Pepper
1/4
cup
Almond Flour

tbsp
Avocado Oil
1/2
tsp
Cayenne pepper
optional

Mayonaise
avocado oil based best
Instructions
Place beaten egg into medium size mixing bowl
Drain salmon and add to egg
Add all other ingredients, except avocado oil
Heat up avocado oil in frying pan over medium heat
Mix ingredients well and shape into 4 patties
Fry in oil, 3-5 minutes on each side, flipping half way through
Save oil for gravy
