Keto, Low Carb Zucchini Noodles

Ingredients

Zucchini

Instructions
Rinse zucchini
Wipe dry with paper towel
Cut off the opposite end of the stem, if using Veggetti, both sides if using a spiralizer
Heat avocado oil and ½ the garlic powder in a small skillet over medium heat
Spiral the zucchini and let it drop into the oil
Add seasonings or add more for your taste
Cook for about 3- 5 minutes, using tongs to move the zucchini noodles around in the pan
Move to plate
You can add salt to taste, but wait until it finished cooking. While cooking can bring out more moisture
Sometimes I use a paper towel to soak up moisture if there is extra on the plate
