Butter if using skillet method
Instructions
Preheat oven of 400 degrees F (204 degrees C)
If using skillet method - melt 1 tbsp butter in skillet and let skillet heat up
Mix all the dry ingredients together in a large mixing bowl
Mix wet ingredients, excluding butter together.
Slowly add wet ingredients to the dry mixture, adding butter last
Pour into muffin cups or into the preheated skillet
Cook for 25 - 30 minutes or until brown and inserted toothpick comes out clean
For muffins, cook 20 - 25 minutes
Let cool 5 minutes.
