Green Bell Pepper, chopped

Yellow Banana Pepper, chopped
or any peppers of your choice

Yellow or Purple Onion, chopped

Black Pepper
Salt

Instructions
Sautee onions and peppers in butter over medium heat in a large skillet
After they are tender, remove from pan and set aside
Place ground beef in skillet
Add pepper, salt and garlic powder to ground beef
Brown over medium heat until done
Drain beef
In large saucepan, mix all ingredients together, adding more pepper and salt to taste
Stir well and bring to a boil over medium heat
Cover, and let simmer 20 - 25 minutes
