Here is a quick look at how to make a basic Keto Chaffle and a sweet Keto Chaffle treat.
This is great as a base for pizza, chili hot dog, hamburger etc.

Basic Chaffle
- 1 oz Cream Cheese (take out early to soften)
- 1 Beaten Egg
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/4 Teaspoon baking powder Find aluminum free powder here
- 2 Tablespoons Almond Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Whipping Cream
- Dash of salt
- Avocado oil or other spray
Mix cream cheese and egg together. Add other ingredients and mix well. May be chunky but that's OK, it will melt out on the griddle.
Spray non stick oil on mini pancake or waffle maker. Cook for 2.5 minutes on one side, flip and cook 2.5 minutes on the other side.

Chili Dog Chaffle
- Uncured Beef Hot Dogs (I used Simple Truth)
- Dijon mustard or your favorite
- Chopped onions
- Keto Chili
- Grated cheese
- Sauerkraut
Place Chaffle on plate and spread with mustard.
Add other ingredients as desired. YUM
Cheeseburger Chaffle
- Grass-fed beef patties (cooked in air fryer)
- Sautéed onions
- Cheese of your choice
- Mustard, mayo or both
- Bacon (cooked in air fryer with hamburger patty)
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- Pickles
- Low carb barbecue sauce
- 2 basic Chaffles
Place Chaffle on plate, add some or all of the ingredients above, place another Chaffle on top and enjoy!
Warning, the fat in the Chaffles make them greasy so have plenty of napkins or eat with a fork and knife.

To make a sweet Chaffle add in:
- 1 3/4 Teaspoon Monk Fruit Find a twin pack of white and golden here
- A handful of Lilly's Chocolate Chips, sweetened with Stevia Grab a 2 pack here
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
- Dash Cinnamon
This is great warm on a plate with Halo Top ice cream with some more Lilly Chocolate Chips on top. YUM
