Many of us gain 5 -10 pounds between Thanksgiving and Valentine's Day, don't let this be you, not this year!

I did the research for you and found the best recipes and have them grouped together below to make it easy to find the one you need. 

When it comes to special days like Thanksgiving, I eat a few more carbs than normal, but I don't go crazy and all out cheat. Cheating is not worth it when you feel horrible the next day and have to start over on carb withdrawals.

Keto is like marriage – it doesn't work well when you cheat.

Get your mindset in place before the special day.  Talk to yourself and remind yourself that you can enjoy delicious healthy low carb food and eating all those carbs is not worth the pain, weight gain, and guilt you'll feel the next day.

NOTE: There are some recipes below that contain a little more carbs than I normally eat like cranberries or butternut squash, but I would take a little of each. (1 cup of fresh cranberries = 7.6 net carbs, Butternut squash has 8 net carbs in 3/4 cup)

Plan your meal so you have some low carb options paired up with the ones with a few more carbs.

  1. I am thinking more and more of keto lately, especially since there are more keto-based recipes available. Thank you for posting this great list of ingredients. The key to getting started for me should be replacing my current shopping list with these, and hopefully from here, everything would just run normally. Deviled eggs remain my favourite!
